By downloading, installing, or using the Slay AI application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Slay AI provides AI-powered outfit analysis. You upload a photo of your outfit, select an occasion, and receive an overall score with category breakdowns (Fit, Color, Trendy, Polish, Vibe) along with a personalized style report containing improvement suggestions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of minors
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Upload obscene, illegal, or harmful content
• Use the App to harass or bully individuals
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions

5. Photos and Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating outfit analysis results. Photos are sent to third-party AI providers for analysis.

6. AI-Generated Content

All scores, analyses, style reports, and improvement suggestions provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional fashion advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated results.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at yashgarg.studio@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Intellectual Property

Slay AI and all related intellectual property — including the app design, algorithms, and prompts — are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
