Slay AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Slay AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

  • Account data: Name, email address, and profile photo obtained through Google sign-in.
  • Photos: Outfit images you upload when initiating a scan.
  • Usage data: Occasion selections, scan results, and style reports derived from your photos.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • AI analysis: Photos are sent to third-party AI services for analysis, generating outfit scores and style feedback. Photos are transmitted securely and are not used for AI model training.
  • Score computation: Results are used to calculate your overall score, category breakdowns (Fit, Color, Trendy, Polish, Vibe), and personalized recommendations.
  • History: Scan results are retained so you can review past outfits.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure with restricted access. All communications between the App and our servers use HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. Photos are shared only with our AI analysis provider to generate your outfit scores and feedback.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request complete deletion of your data — including your profile, scans, photos, and results — at any time by contacting us at yashgarg.studio@gmail.com.

7. Age Requirement

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
